What Gets Deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- Your name, profile information, and profile photo
- Your registered phone number and account credentials
- Your email address (if provided)
- Your saved emergency contact (name, phone number, and email)
- Saved addresses and location preferences
- In-app ratings and feedback you've given or received
- Push notification tokens associated with your device
- Wallet balance and transaction history (subject to financial retention rules below)
- Driver profile data (for driver accounts): vehicle details, Aadhaar, PAN, and driving licence uploads, verification history
Data Retention Policy
Some data must be retained after account deletion to comply with Indian legal and financial regulations, or to resolve outstanding disputes. This data is anonymised or pseudonymised where possible.

Retained data is stored securely, access-restricted, and used only for the stated legal purposes. It is not used for marketing or shared with third parties.
How to Delete Your Account
There are two ways to delete your Ridekro account:
If you cannot access the app, use the email method below:

Compose an email Open your email app and create a new email to pawadeshlok@gmail.com

Use the correct subject line Subject: Account Deletion Request – [Your Registered Phone Number]

Include required information Your registered phone number, your account type (passenger or driver), the reason for deletion (optional), and confirmation that you understand the action is permanent.

Verify your identity We may send an OTP to your registered number to confirm your identity before processing the deletion.

Confirmation & processing We'll confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

After Your Account is Deleted
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted
- You will no longer be able to log in to Ridekro with your phone number
- Any pending earnings (for drivers) will be processed before deletion — ensure your bank details are up to date
- Active rides must be completed before a deletion request can be processed
- If you wish to use Ridekro again in the future, you will need to create a new account
